When a customer experiences a Total Loss of a current vehicle it can put financial strain on them and their loved ones. Even when a primary insurance carrier pays out and/or there is GAP protection in place a customer can find themselves struggling to find money for down payment for a new vehicle.
This policy ensures that if a customer’s vehicle is deemed a total loss for any reason by their primary insurer that your dealership will be helping them get into their next vehicle! This policy will provide an either $2,500 or up to $5,000 benefit as cash down on their next vehicle purchase from your dealership. Great protection for the customer, great retention for you!
